PHOSPHORUS REX – ‘GOD, I’M RUINED’
This short Prime Eggsample release from one man Noise project Phosphorus Rex is three tracks of Harsh Industrial Noise. Repeated Noise samples form rudimentary beats, smothered in dark Digital Noise with chanted vocal. Somewhat Drone-y, but also kind of up-tempo and pounding, with streaks of Synth sounds here and there. A unique blend of Harsh Noise, Industrial beats and tempos and layers of distorted digital samples. This stuff has a kind of 90’s Earache Electronic vibe; definitely reminds me of Loop or even Scorn.
